James M. Connor, O.D.
James Connor, O.D. completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Baylor University in 2007 and received his doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2013.
Since 2013, has worked at three ophthalmology group specialty practices, managing many eye conditions and closely co-managing surgery involving all structures in and around the eye.
With every eye exam, Dr. Connor is committed to educating patients so they understand how their eyes work, the current state of their ocular health, and available treatments to maximize eyesight and quality of life. Dr. Connor speaks both English and Spanish.
Dr. Connor grew up in South Texas. He moved to Louisiana with his wife, Elizabeth, who is from Mandeville, LA. They have a two young children and a golden retriever. Dr. Connor is an avid golfer. He loves traveling and photographing our national and state parks with his family.
